ABSTRACT
抵押担保是银行信用风险缓释工具之一。本文从抵押担保的生成机制、作用机制和研究新进展等几个方面，对抵押担保和信用风险缓释的国内外文献进行了梳理，为深入研究抵押担保信用风险缓释机制提供理论参考。
