ABSTRACT

integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technologies while fostering a flexible,
inclusive, and adaptive workplace culture that can navigate diverse cultural contexts
and rapid technological change. This field is crucial for modern, multinational
corporations (MNCs) that need to leverage both human diversity and technological
advancements to maintain a competitive edge, as highlighted by studies on AI’s impact
on leadership agility and work culture.
