ABSTRACT
Relational theory
represents a critical paradigm in understanding organizational dynamics, policy
formation, and leadership effectiveness. This comprehensive literature review
explores the theoretical foundations, practical implications, and organizational
leadership applications of relational theory across diverse contextual
frameworks. By synthesizing contemporary scholarly research, this review
critically examines the theory’s epistemological underpinnings, methodological
approaches, and transformative potential in organizational policy development.
The analysis reveals complex interconnections between relational theory,
organizational behavior, leadership strategies, and systemic policy
implementation, highlighting both the theory’s significant potential and
inherent limitations in contemporary organizational contexts.
