Lawrence is a literary giant in the history of English literature in the 20th century. He has created a large number of works in his life. The Rocking-Horse Winner is a famous short story in his later years, which reveals the distortion of humanity caused by the expansion of capitalist desire for money. By analysing the three themes, help readers understand this short story deeply.
