No, you can't. If your paper was accepted by our journals, the copyright of your paper would be transferred to David Publishing Company. And the paper will be published by David Publishing Company and indexed by Database of EBSCO, ProQuest, Google Scholar, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, etc.
