It is an objective fact that the weather is unpredictable. Even the famous meteorologist, Academician Chu Ko Chen, has only a partial understanding of the changing laws of wind and rain. Even though ancient people summarized the 24 solar terms by observing the annual activities of the sun for a long time, because they ignored the impact of the activities of the moon on the Earth’s climate change on a small scale, the 24 solar terms they summarized often could not accurately predict the change of the Earth’s climate.
