ABSTRACT
This
study aims to examine the influence of the Intellectual Capital Component and
Managerial Ownership on Company Value
in Oil and Gas Subsector Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange in 2016-2021. The sample in this study was
selected using purposive sampling and 72 samples were obtained that met the
criteria. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results of this study indicate that partially the Intellectual Capital Component
has a significant effect on Company Value. Partially Managerial Ownership has no significant effect on Company Value. Simultaneously the Intellectual Capital Component
and Managerial Ownership have a significant effect on Company Value. The condition that causes Managerial Ownership
to be partially insignificant is the low share ownership of management in
Mining Companies in the Oil and Gas Subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange for 2016-2021.
