Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, this paper discusses the concern and description of human physiological needs, love and belonging needs, esteem and self-actualization needs in Sun Menglei’s fictions, then it explains Sun Menglei’s deep-seated concern and exploration of human’s spiritual world and emotional world.
