ABSTRACT

On March 24th,2021,withtheinitiativeoftheChinesegovernmentandthepromotionofwell-knownscholarsinpublicadministration,the (qualitative) casestudyseminarofTsinghuaUniversityinitiatedthecasestudy movement. The Case Study SeminarofYoung Scholarswas also heldonNovember16th 2021,andtheCase Study Seminar of theCase Center oftheMinistryofEducationwasheldonNovember17th 2021.IfthethreeMinnowbrookConferences oftheUnitedStates wereofepoch-makingsignificancetothetransformationoftheparadigmofpublicadministrationtheoriesandpractices,thenthethreeconferencesalsohavetheepoch-makingsignificanceoftheparadigmtransformationofcasestudiesofpublicadministration inChina.Underthebackgroundofgreatchangesintheglobalpowercontrastandprofoundreformin China,this review papertriestousetheinterpretationandinterpretationofcritical discourse,especiallytoexplaintheChinesetheorieswhicharein-depth,refinedandtransformedbythecasestudy method ofChinesestories,andtheChinesesolutions plausible for Chinesetheories.InviewofthediversityandcomplexityofChinesetheoriesandChinesesolutions,thispapermainlyfocusesontherealizationofChinesetheoreticalconstructionandtheformulationofChinesesolutionsthroughthediscourseinterpretationofChinesecasepropositions.
