Based on the scientific connotation of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind, this paper analyzes China’s actions and British media reports during the pandemic, and finds that the concept did not spread well in the UK during this time. This phenomenon may be caused by different cultural backgrounds and narrow transmission channels. In order to solve it, this paper puts forward the solutions of “telling Chinese stories well in vivid language” and “official media as the main channel, and We-Media as the complement”.
