ABSTRACT
During the development of
Japanese movies, filmmakers paid special attention to integrating their own
national characteristics into movies. On the one hand, the national character
provides an opportunity for the development of Japanese movies; on the other
hand, it also restricts movie activities to a certain extent. The national
character has been embodied in the audio-visual language, character creation,
and theme expression of Japanese movies.
